This policy explains how Lobster Lager handles personal data when you visit the website or join the Batch #002 list.
Data controller
Batch #002 updates
When you sign up, your email address is sent to Brevo for confirmation and list management. We use a double opt in process, so you must confirm your address before receiving updates.
We use your address only for production, sale, and tasting news about Lobster Lager. A pending or confirmed signup may also trigger an internal team notification through Discord. The legal basis is your consent.
Hosting and analytics
The website is hosted by Vercel. Technical connection data may be processed to deliver and protect the website.
Vercel Web Analytics gives us aggregate information about website use. It does not use cookies or persistent tracking across websites.
External media and links
Videos and external links can connect you to services such as YouTube, TED, LinkedIn, and media websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you load or open their content.
Retention and withdrawal
We retain newsletter data until you withdraw your consent or it is no longer needed for the stated purpose. You may withdraw your consent or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@frontira.com.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
